Can’t say enough about Dr Samuelson and his amazing colleagues and staff. They not only provide great dental care, but have exhibited true kindness to my family. When my oldest daughter was diagnosed with cancer, Dr S suggested we get her in before she began chemotherapy, so that her mouth was as clean and free from bacteria or infection as could be. It was a Thursday in June when I saw him for my regular appointment and told him of her recent diagnosis. She was beginning chemo on the following Monday. They worked her in the next day—not an easy feat on a Friday in June—and then comp’ed the exam because it wasn’t time for it to be paid by insurance. Another time, my youngest daughter, who has autism, was very distressed, after hours, when she fell and knocked a tooth loose. Dr S came in to the office on a beautiful summer evening to take the tooth out for my sweet girl. The staff is amazing and knows my family well. They check us in with a smile, knowing who we are, and are so accommodating. I think they are amazing! I cannot recommend them highly enough.
I was recently in the need of a new dentist. I had chosen to call The Dentist at Hillsborough due to it’s close location to where I live. I was overly impressed with everyone here. I am more than happy with my new dentist.
I’ve been to several dentists over the years and never felt so welcome and comfortable during any of my other experiences. The staff are friendly and genuine. Plus, they always have awesome music playing as well.
I had best dentist experience with Dr. Amy Ruf and the rest of the staff here. At my first appointment I had a small cavity and they ran my insurance right then and there to determine how much it would cost. I wish medical doctors would do this. The day after my first appointment I had one of my old fillings break and Dr. Ruf was able to get me in the very next day to fix it.
