Been coming to Ralston Square since I moved to Omaha three years ago. The team here is the best! I’ve always had a great experience with both the hygienists and the dentists. dr Amy Ruf is the best!! Highly recommend it here.
I went for my first appointment 04/17/2019 and it had been 10 years since I had seen a dentist so I was extremely nervous. Starting at the door the receptionist was extremely welcoming and friendly. The wait was super quick and when I got in the chair the rest of the visit was great. The dentist, Amy, was very informative as she was going through the process and answered all of my questions without making me feel silly for asking. I am looking forward to getting the rest of my dental exams done here, at least as much as someone can look forward to the dentist lol
No one really ‘likes’ going to the dentist, but Jackie, Jessica, and Dr. Pendley make it about as nice as it can be. I’ve been a patient for years and the staff is always professional, friendly, and willing to laugh at my jokes. Dr. Pendley has helped me through a crown, and a few old silver filling replacements, and Jackie is always a rockstar for my 6 month cleanings. All work is done well and they are never quick to push additional services until they’re needed. I’ve recommended this office to friends, family, and coworkers over the years and I continue to do so!
Getting my teeth taken care of here is always such an enjoyable experience! The staff is top notch – very warm and knowledgeable.
