I was confused as to why one of the doctors was doing my dental cleaning.. it was extremely brief, and after I hadn’t had a prophy in over a year I expected a more thorough cleaning to be done by an actual hygienist. Everyone was friendly and professional, I just was not super impressed by the lack of time spent on cleaning my teeth. I also had contacted my previous dentist to have records including x-rays sent to the office back in May or June, and I thought I received confirmation that those were received, but the assistant/hygienist doing my appt said they weren’t. I had a pano done at that office last year, and my insurance only pays for one every three years.. but the assistant/hygienist said I was eligible for everything, so I’m hopeful that’s true. I was also surprised there was no periodontal charting done on my gums as I know I have areas of recession that should be monitored.

The staff were all the most welcoming! As a new customer I felt like I had been going for many years. Thankful to have a wonderful dental office.

I remember being a kid and getting terrified when it was time for a dentist visit . The friendly and nice staff at Ralston Square always put me at ease whenever I go in for my dentist appointments . Always answer my questions whether it be on whitening my teeth, help with straightening my smile or just overall oral health . I don’t know what I was so scared of as a kid !
