High tech beyond expectations! Friendly, caring staff made my first visit exceptional.

Very on time! Very friendly! Actually did dentistry as it should be done and did not try to up sell me on any other products! I am very impressed!

As I had been very pleased with the services that Ralston dental provided, I have to stay after today’s phone call. I’m very very disappointed. As a working individual, my time is just as important at my job as Doctor rough and Krystal‘s time is at their jobs. It is ridiculousthat you cannot get in for a simple cleaning in a reasonable time.. I had an appointment in December which I had to cancel unfortunately, the next available appointment they had was July 31 so I booked it lo and behold. That you cannot get in for a simple cleaning in a reasonable time.. I had an appointment in December which I had to reschedule. the next available appointment they had was July 31 so I booked it. I wake up today the 29th and I have an outbreak of cold sores. The next available appointment is in February. It’s one thing to be able to provide good service, but it’s another to be able to provide good service in a timely manner. Very sad. A suggestion would be to hire more hygienist. It seems that you’re able to get people in to fix their broken teeth, but for simple maintenance y’all are having an issue. Everyone in the office was friendly and that helped with my nerves. I perhaps have not been good at coming in for cleanings or treatment plans accordingly but never once was made to feel embarrassed about it. My teeth look and feel great!! Thanks so much!

Such a nice group of people. So understanding of dental fear, they explain everything and give you the choice of how to proceed. Dr. Snow is wonderful. I will definitely be back and have the treatment completed.

The purpose of the visit was my semiannual cleaning. The dental hygienist was McKayla. She was friendly and completed the cleaning very efficiently. Then the dentist checked my teeth. Everyone seemed to enjoy what they were doing. Nancy completed and filed my claim form with Blue Cross Blue Shield and volunteered to mail it. I am quite pleased being a patient of The Dentist. The Dentist at Village Pointe has modern equipment and a nice layout for the personnel to do the necessary tasks for your dental work.

This is seriously the best place ever. ALL of the staff is friendly. They explain everything in detail. I leave knowing my teeth are cleaned and checked thoroughly for any problems.
