Dr. Pendley and his entire team are the best! I have never been treated as well as they treat me at a dentists office. They are caring! They do great work! The environment is welcoming. I used to hate going to the dentist but at this location, it is easy to get myself to go because I know they will take good care of me! They gave me my smile back!

First this experience took place the end of 2015 but still leaves a bitter taste in my mouth. I seen a lot of commercials for them lately so I thought I would voice my opinion. I made my first appointment and met the Dentist I would have along with the hygienist. She took pictures and X-rays and told me what to expect in the future. Made an appointment for my first cleaning and when I got there a different dentist did the cleaning because mine was not there that day. He was a little rougher than I was used to from my previous dentist of 17 years before moving here to Omaha. When I said something about being a little rough he made the remark well you want to keep your teeth don't you ? I thought that was a little unprofessional or maybe he was having a bad day I don't know. He asked me if I had ever had a deep scaling cleaning done before. I told him yes many years ago but I get my teeth cleaned every 4 months to prevent gum disease and I've been okay with no problems. He suggested that I have this deep cleaning done and it would be in two visits and the lady at the front desk would give me a estimate and set up some appointment times. I did all that and after getting home the more I thought about it the more I thought this was an awful lot of money out of my pocket and did I really need it or not? I decided since I hadn't had any problems I would just continue with my cleanings like I had been doing for years. I called the office talk to the lady and told her I wanted to cancel this deep cleaning but I wanted to keep my regular appointment for a regular cleaning and she said okay. A few minutes later I get a phone call from the office and she tells me since I don't want to have the deep cleaning done that I couldn't have the regular cleaning. I said are you telling me that since I don't want this deep cleaning done I can't get my teeth cleaned the regular wayand you won't see me? And she said yes I said I can't believe that! She said well the hygienist thanks it's in the best interest and that's what they go by. I said well I guess I'll just find me another dentist and hung up. WOW! I didn't want to do the deep cleaning process so they were refusing to see me on a regular basis for cleaning or whatever needed to be done. That dentist was very intimidating and I would recommend this office to anyone. I told everyone I know and all my friends about this experience and not to go there.

Have been coming here for years and have never had a bad experience! Everyone is friendly, professional, and kind. Dr. Ruf is a fantastic dentist and never hesitates to spend extra time answering my questions; in addition to regular dental care, she has performed a number of other procedures (i.e. frenectomy) that were quick and easy. I recently started taking my 1 year old here as well, and she was patient and won him over in about 2 minutes; I was floored. Very happy with our experiences.

Dr Garvey, and his Assistant, Laura, have taken the fear of Dental work from me. I moved to Omaha, over a year ago, and quickly chose the Group (West Maple Road), for an Emergency Crown. They IMMEDIATELY saw me the next day and were very helpful and understanding ... excellent bedside manner. I've been going to them regularly. Also, Nicole, and Elizabeth are outstanding.

Dr. Pendley was awesome. Low stress. Staff was fabulous.

I was extremely pleased with my service and experience at The Dentists, and specifically with Dr. Brian Pendley. I had been with my previous dentist for 20+ years and was worried about the transition of care. Dr. Pendley explained all procedures and work while including me on the decision making. The staff was extremely professional and efficient. The experience was nothing like the typical 'old school' medical office. The work on my teeth was not something I was looking forward to, but because of Dr. Pendley expert care, the experience was great and I am fully informed on my tooth care for years into the future.
