Great staff and doctors. I have been a patient for around 10 years and would never think of going anywhere else.

I needed a root canal...about two weeks before I called them. They were able to get me very quickly. They staff was friendly, did not "preach" or belittle me for allowing my tooth to become so damaged (not the case at Tiburon). Due my neglect, the tooth was pretty infected and I had a few complications. Dr. Pendley returned my call on a Sunday morning and took care of me. The rates were less than my two previous root canals as well. Great dentist, staff, and comfortable atmosphere.

I have gone here for many years, Dr. Demman and Dr. Ruf are both great dentists. I am still a patient of this practice, but I switched to the Hillsborough location because it's closer to where I live, and because Dr. Demman is only seeing patients at the Hillsborough and Dundee offices.

Michelle, was very rude. I didn't appreciate her disconnecting the call when I simply asked about job openings. I would not recommend this office to anyone. I hope they implement new practices involving phone etiquette and professionalism.
