I've been to several dentists over the years and never felt so welcome and comfortable during any of my other experiences. The staff are friendly and genuine. Plus, they always have awesome music playing as well.

I had best dentist experience with Dr. Amy Ruf and the rest of the staff here. At my first appointment I had a small cavity and they ran my insurance right then and there to determine how much it would cost. I wish medical doctors would do this. The day after my first appointment I had one of my old fillings break and Dr. Ruf was able to get me in the very next day to fix it.

We feel very fortunate and blessed to know Dr Pendley and his staff. Especially Jacky, which has been always very professional and helpful. All my family members go to Village Point facility, and always have had great service every time. I'd recommend them to anyone.

We wish we would have found this dental group 16 yrs ago when we moved to Omaha. A kind, caring, helpful, professional up-front staff. In my opinion Dr. Samuelson, and his assistant, Michelle are the best in Omaha!

I recently had a scheduled cleaning there. Wait time was less than 3 minutes. I was told up front what it would cost, and given options of how to pay. Actual cleaning was done by the dentist and his assistant did the polishing. Very gentle and told me repeatedly to tell them if I was in pain or uncomfortable. I have a problematic tooth. Dr. Samuelson told me about options to fix it, and I was talked to privately about how to pay for the treatment. Great experience.

If I could do zero stars if I would. I wasn't comfortable with my dentist and felt rushed and distracted during most of my appointments. I DO NOT recommend this dentist. For more details read on. But seriously. don't go here. (Hillsborough or Dundee). After having cavities filled I was still experiencing pain. I went back every 3 months to try and have it fixed, they continued to adjust my bite every single time. On my last appointment I wasn't seen by the dentist who did all of the fillings and this guy told me that the pain was my fault because I was grinding my teeth and would need to get fitted for a retainer/mouth guard. Later when I called to complain one more time about the pain and set up an appointment the receptionist told me my symptoms were for a root canal and made the root canal appointment for me. I later canceled. At this point I had had enough. I wasn't going to pay anymore money to them. I had been in pain since the appointment a year ago and couldn't eat on that side of my mouth. I have since gone else where and been helped but have been frustrated because of how much pain I experienced because of dental work (the initial fillings and the corrections after) at The Dentists at Hillsborough (and Dundee). I have emailed The Dentists and explained my frustration, there was no response or acknowledgement of my dissatisfaction. don't go here.

I use to dread going to the dentist, but that has definitely changed because the Dentists at Dundee are so caring, gentle and professional that I now love going there. My dentist Dr. Snow is a superior dentist and his assistant Christa is also great and too the front desk personnel are amazing (Leann who helps me is awesome.)!!!!!
