Dr. Pendley was awesome. Low stress. Staff was fabulous.

I was extremely pleased with my service and experience at The Dentists, and specifically with Dr. Brian Pendley. I had been with my previous dentist for 20+ years and was worried about the transition of care. Dr. Pendley explained all procedures and work while including me on the decision making. The staff was extremely professional and efficient. The experience was nothing like the typical 'old school' medical office. The work on my teeth was not something I was looking forward to, but because of Dr. Pendley expert care, the experience was great and I am fully informed on my tooth care for years into the future.

The reason I am giving this office one star is mainly because of the front desk receptionist Susanne (Susan? Not sure on spelling). She is insanely unprofessional and downright rude. She's rude when you enter the office, rude when you call, rude via mail correspondence. I called today to make a payment on a past due account I have with them and she was being argumentative. I asked to speak with someone else 3 times and she refused to transfer me every time. When I told her the whole reason I don't call and make my monthly payments is because I don't want to have to deal with her, she hung up on me. I am honestly to the point where I would rather let them take my account to collections than have to speak with this recchid woman and have it be a fight every time I try to pay them. I've never had a bad experience with the hygienists or with Dr. Ruff, but unfortunately they will be losing my business because I refuse to deal with someone who would treat a paying customer the way Susanne does. If these dentists want to retain customers they need to rethink who they hire to be the "face" of their office.

Great staff and doctors. I have been a patient for around 10 years and would never think of going anywhere else.

I needed a root canal...about two weeks before I called them. They were able to get me very quickly. They staff was friendly, did not "preach" or belittle me for allowing my tooth to become so damaged (not the case at Tiburon). Due my neglect, the tooth was pretty infected and I had a few complications. Dr. Pendley returned my call on a Sunday morning and took care of me. The rates were less than my two previous root canals as well. Great dentist, staff, and comfortable atmosphere.
