If I could do zero stars if I would. I wasn't comfortable with my dentist and felt rushed and distracted during most of my appointments. I DO NOT recommend this dentist. For more details read on. But seriously. don't go here. (Hillsborough or Dundee). After having cavities filled I was still experiencing pain. I went back every 3 months to try and have it fixed, they continued to adjust my bite every single time. On my last appointment I wasn't seen by the dentist who did all of the fillings and this guy told me that the pain was my fault because I was grinding my teeth and would need to get fitted for a retainer/mouth guard. Later when I called to complain one more time about the pain and set up an appointment the receptionist told me my symptoms were for a root canal and made the root canal appointment for me. I later canceled. At this point I had had enough. I wasn't going to pay anymore money to them. I had been in pain since the appointment a year ago and couldn't eat on that side of my mouth. I have since gone else where and been helped but have been frustrated because of how much pain I experienced because of dental work (the initial fillings and the corrections after) at The Dentists at Hillsborough (and Dundee). I have emailed The Dentists and explained my frustration, there was no response or acknowledgement of my dissatisfaction. don't go here.

I use to dread going to the dentist, but that has definitely changed because the Dentists at Dundee are so caring, gentle and professional that I now love going there. My dentist Dr. Snow is a superior dentist and his assistant Christa is also great and too the front desk personnel are amazing (Leann who helps me is awesome.)!!!!!

Dr. Chad Snow is the best! My initial experience here wasn’t great - I was set up as a new client with a different dentist, after 2-3 visits I wasn’t very impressed but was in middle of semi-major dental work. I planned to finish out the procedure over the next 8-10 months and find a different office for future dental needs. On my 4th visit, the dentist I initially saw was no longer practicing there and I was transferred to Dr. Snow! My experience has COMPLETELY changed and I can’t say enough GREAT things about him! Everyone in the front office and the dental assistants have always been great - kind, informative and seem to sincerely care!

Excellent front office staff, always friendly and helpful on the phone. Slimy hygienist did a great job with my cleaning and we were finished in a timely manner. Dr. Samuelson is wonderful....gentle, friendly, a great guy. He had a few minor things to fix and worked me in today too. I use to have serious dentist anxiety, but this office is just terrific.
