The care has been above average and the staff is friendly. The organization and communications require a good deal of work. I find that many businesses make mistakes, it is how they fix the errors that measures their skill. Addition: The internal review of service has been as good as I have seen in years. Dr Ruff was amazing and very kind, and also very understanding of me being nervous. It’s in a very convenient location near my job and home. It was a very clean and welcome office. I was impressed also her assistant was so sweet and friendly as well and made me feel better about being at the dentist! Highly recommended !

My first appointment today and so far, my favorite dentist I have ever been to. I am terrified of dentists and I put this appointment off for 2.5 years (oops), but they made me feel comfortable, and everyone was super nice.
