I contacted.the office as a emergency visit.for my son. From the receptionist to the doctor is was above the service i received from other pediatric dentists who attended to my kids. If you are looking for a place where you and / or your kid can feel comfortable and at ease while.at a dentist this is it. Both my kids have had horrible experiences with some in Omaha. My 9 year old did better than quite a bit of adults to have a tooth extraction. He liked the Dr. She was calm, explaining every step of the way removing any fear or worry. Thanks very much.

They are all very nice, and so far has been the best dentist I've gone too!! Very much so recommend!

We are leaving for a trip in 2 days and my crown came off today! I called this morning and Nancy got me in this afternoon even though they were very busy. I really, really appreciated it! Dr. Pendleton is very nice and so is his assistant.

Called to make an appt as a new patient as it’s listed in my new dental insurance booklet. The receptionist Leanne was so rude on the phone. She said Amy Ruf, one of the dentists there “doesn’t like her time to be wasted” when I asked how long I should expect a new patient appointment to be. She quite literally talked bad about the dentist and chuckled about it but also insulted me at the same time for asking? It was the most bizarre thing I’ve experienced. If receptionists talk poorly about a dentist, that tells me enough about both parties. Hard pass, I can’t even imagine what goes on behind the scenes.
