These folks are always professional and polite. Very clean and organized with a welcoming atmosphere. That should not stand out in a medical environment, unfortunately not all offices can make such a claim.
Great staff and dentists. Small, so you don’t feel like a cow in a chute waiting for slaughter. The minute you walk in, the staff knows your name and why you’re there. I’ve never had to wait more than 5 minutes before I’m called back. I’ve had some knee problems and they’ve met me at the back door to get me to my chair more quickly. Dr. Jay has been great. He knows I’m not crazy about pain, and he goes thru extra steps to minimize pain. He’s very thorough and always asks if I’m ok. Great office, people, accommodatioOK. Recommend dr. Jay Samuelson and staff highly!!!!!
