I have never had this thorough of a dental exam. All aspects of my dental hygiene were explored and each of my questions and concerns were answered. I felt like I had the staff’s attention for my entire visit. Very, very impressed!
I love my hygienist Jackie. We laugh and joke our way through my appointment every time. And even though Dr Pendley had to do a couple fillings on me this time, super painless and really fast! The whole team is really friendly. Highly recommended!
We were looking for a family dentist that could meet all of our needs. Our kiddos LOVE going to the dentist and they always are at ease with Dr. Ruf and Danielle. Tara gave us complete estimates for all of our major dental care we had this year. We had 3 root canals total that we had put off for years. They helped us prioritize what needed done first and scheduled accordingly so we didn’t get hit with a huge bill all at once. I feel super comfortable talking to the staff at the Ralston office and they are always so nice.
Professional, courteous, and efficient!! My appointments are always on time and I am treated in a respectful manner. Should further dental work be needed I leave with an estimate knowing my options. This allows me to make an informed decision.
I was having very bad pain in the lower left side of my mouth over Labor Day weekend. I was able to get in touch with the Ralston office and get diagnosed/seen the next morning after contact. It was determined I needed a root canal and Dr. Amy Ruf and her staff were amazing through the entire process. I had my procedure today and I am already feeling better! I cannot thank Dr. Amy and the staff at Ralston enough for putting me at ease and taking great care of me over the last few days.
