Dr. Ruf is very professional yet kind and caring. I have had excellent care of my teeth and mouth since becoming a client. I have some special needs due to a laryngectomy and Dr. Ruf and the staff have been more than accommodating. The hygienists are careful, thorough and gentle. I highly recommend The Dentists at Ralston Square to anyone.
I have a generally negative predisposition to dentistry, but I like the people here. Leanne at the front desk is always friendly and remembers me. She is competent and helpful in figuring out costs and resolving insurance issues. I usually feel like dental offices are trying to take me for all they can, but Leanne helps us coordinate what makes the most sense for us practically and financially. My hygienist Elizabeth makes me feel like she knows me and asks relevant questions about me and my family. I am not the world’s best dental patient as I am not a great flosser and consume too much sugar. I remember as a kid having dentists and hygienists put me on guilt trips for improper dental care, so I can be defensive. However, Elizabeth finds a good balance of asking about and encouraging me to have better habits without trying to make me feel bad about it. I am skeptical when I am told that I need fillings since I had a bad experience with Summit Dental previously, but here at The Dentists at Dundee, Dr. Demman takes the time to explain why I need any recommended fillings and answers any questions I have.
Always a great visit. Dr. Samuelson is so kind and caring and he is an exceptional dentist. The office staff is so friendly. They always make you feel right at home.
