The cleaning was very good and the doctor was very nice and informative. I appreciate the attention to detail that was paid during the visit.
The care has been above average and the staff is friendly. The organization and communications require a good deal of work. I find that many businesses make mistakes, it is how they fix the errors that measures their skill. Addition: The internal review of service has been as good as I have seen in years. (and I used to make a living as a business consultant). More importantly, we went ahead with the procedures needed. Great results. Satisfaction, plus.

I thought I knew what good Dentists were before I started coming here, but WOW, what a difference! I’ve been seen here every six months for several years now and have always found it to be a Courteous, Friendly and Professional experience throughout. Dr. Pendley is very knowledgeable and shares every detail with his patients about what is going on in their mouth. Fantastically gentle and thorough dental hygienists round out this spectacular Dentistry team!
