Great experience! I haven’t been to a dentists in a long time out of anxiety (of the potential cost and pain), but the team was totally not judgmental about how long it has been and got my teeth in great shape!
Very professional, detailed, and best of all – the dentists and hygienists do NOT talk down to you. They tell you how it is – good or bad and let you know exactly what they’re seeing and all the options & ease your mind with the items not much to be worried about.. they let you ask questions (which I ask a lot) to the items they see & have no problem explaining further if inquired.. truly all about the patient and what’s best for that person. Had a great experience with them and will not go anywhere else. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
Always professional, personable and welcoming. The hygienists are gentle but effective. The office staff is pleasant and efficient. The Dentist are the best in Omaha.
I have gone to several dentist in the last 6 years. Non of them can shake a stick to this office. We had to change dentist due to an insurance change. After trying 3 different dentist I called Dr. Pendley’s office to see what we had to do to be seen again. They were amazing. They call the insurance company and got all the information squared away so we can be seen. Thank you! We are happy to be back!
