It’s always a joy to feel welcome, happily greeted, and comfortable, and that is especially so in a professional environment where such an experience is not guaranteed. I was even congratulated for flossing just three times (in 6 months) – a charming gesture – and even more so when I clarified that I indeed followed recommendations, and only did I *fail* to floss three times in that period! Elizabeth, the hygienist, was skilled, careful, and thorough, and it was easy to actually enjoy a dental visit!
