Not sure why it says my husband’s name above but I would love to tell you my story. I hope people take the time to read this long review and I hope that it helps them with their decision. Let me start off by saying that I am a 40 year old scaredy cat. I do have anxiety and panic in my everyday life so you can only imagine what it feels like to go to the dentist. Truth be told, I wouldn’t have even been looking to go to the dentist if it wasn’t emergent. I spent about 2 1/2 hours researching online and I was initially drawn to The Dentist’s because they offered IV sedation. I read everything on their webpages, read reviews and finally got enough courage to make that first call. I called the Village Point location first and was told that if I was interested in IV sedation, I would need to call the Hillsborough location so make note. Now for the review. I was completely blown away by that initial call. The ladies on the phone were so nice and respectful and made me feel heard and understood how terrified I was. Because of my insurance, I had to make a couple calls in to them. They reassured me, talked me off the ledge at least twice and soon enough, I made my first appointment. Today was the day, after waiting a couple days, it was time for me to head in. I had a 45 minute drive and wanted to turn back but didn’t. You guys, I am so glad I went. From the moment I stepped into the door, I had the most amazing experience. I was scared but they acknowledged it and didn’t brush it off like others I’ve seen in the past. My dental assistant Shelly was seriously a wonderful human. She hugged me when I cried and talked me through everything. Dr. Snow was so patient and thorough just like the lady on the phone said he would be when I made my initial call. After my exam, I met with the office administrator Nicole and she was a complete gem as well. She helped me figure out the best way to pay for my services (because I need a lot done). I haven’t had the major work done yet but I plan to be under when that happens. If you are unsure of where to go, look no further. They got you!! -Alyx Hirst, Iowa
Everyone is very friendly
I had a dental emergency. My appointment for another dentist was days away. I was at my wits end with the pain. Everyone did such a great job getting me in the same day. Dr Snow is very professional. I cannot thank everyone enough. A+ for everyone.
The staff and Dr. Pendley are the best. I have been coming to Dr. Pendley for years now and would go nowhere else. The staff are friendly and funny and make my visit very enjoyable. Any procedure I have to have, is always explained completely and their fees are reasonable. I will always recommend Dr Pendley whenever anyone is looking for a good Dentist.
I have been going Hillsborough dentist office for over 5 yrs. I always trust that my teeth are in good hands with them. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to take care of their dental needs.
